The setup behind the stage was the sun, full and center, with clouds guarding each side. Hovering further out were planets amidst a meteor shower as cherubs watched over all. The rest was Earth to America.
Candles encased in glass filled the stage and at the strike of midnight angels fell from the rafters along with a ton of confetti.
